Practitioner Testimony

I want to thank you for this terrific education and mentoring course in nutrigenomics. You have outdone yourself this time – it is fantastic and your generosity with your time and knowledge is very much appreciated! I am enjoying learning so much and continuing my deep dive into nutritional biochemistry...

Why This Program and Why Now

As a clinician, I have been fortunate to meet and work with researchers and clinicians working at the frontiers of genomics. It feels like I was, and still am, in the right place at the right time to have learned from, been mentored by and worked with some of the savviest clinicians and scientists in the genomics world (in my humble opinion).

I’ve worked with genetic tests around the globe and also developed one for research. I understand how these tests are built, how to work with their unique information and how to use them as an asset in the clinical toolbox.

Most importantly, I have learned and know how to use this incredible tool to change the lives of every client I work with.

I believe that it’s my turn to pay it forward and extend my hand to the clinicians among you who wish to gently explore this vital field.

I have two goals in offering this course to you as a colleague.

  • One: to gently reshape how you think about and use nutritional biochemistry and culinary translation with your clients.

  • Two, and equally important as the first goal - to expose you to the experience and the monumental changes you will make in your life --and the lives of your clients-- when you use DNA as a guide and nutritional biochemistry + the culinary arts as the solution.

I have found it to be life-changing from both sides.

So so grateful, Amanda! Your mind is like all these beautiful and colorful cogs working synergistically and in harmony. Just love and relish learning from and listening to you - food for my brain🙏

What To Expect

DNA Education and Training is a seven month curated live online learning experience with fellow clinicians. You will learn to navigate your own 3x4 Genetics Test (or use their sample if you are in a world area they do not serv) and leave the program with the skills you need to sit down and look at any clinically-relevant DNA test in the world. In our 2024 course, we also include test insights from DNA Life and Lifecodegx. Please note, however that 3X4 Genetics is our principle teaching tool.

Inside a Module

  • Each module offers a detailed exploration into the genetic information in your report provides and its impact on and connection to human biochemistry and health.

  • Supporting science is reviewed in depth and related directly to your own DNA test results.

  • As the course progresses you will learn insights and answers to some of the most frequent health concerns your clients are presenting with: sleep, anxiety, weight loss resistance, dysbiosis, reflux, inflammation, auto-immune issues, fatigue, brain fog, midlife hormone challenges and many more

  • You will learn to connect the dots between your clinical assessment, gene patterns and laboratory tests and develop precision diet, lifestyle, and exercise recommendations.

  • Gene-guided recipe selection, meal plans and meal ideas will be discussed in depth with examples.

  • This is an online group experience designed for you to explore your own test and learn from others who share their test results and health histories too.

  • This is an organic learning process, supported with compassion and without judgement about current knowledge or skills. ALL questions are relevant.

This program is your opportunity to gently explore the world of nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental learning space and grow your confidence in this rapidly expanding and essential field.

Public shout out and thank you to Amanda Archibald. Her course is a game changer and her mentoring a methodology changer. Our group is renal niche, and she has been such a help in opening our eyes to how we need to think ... and look at our patients from a very different light. We are much much better clinicians for this experience and relationship.

Genetics Tests for this Course

The 3X4 Genetics Test is the principle test Amanda uses to guide leaning in this course. All clinicians are required to obtain their own 3 x 4 test, or use the current sample test.

Click here to learn more about 3 x 4 Genetics and how to create an account to order your test.

Recognizing that the 3X4 Genetics Test is not available worldwide, I will include insights into DNA Life’s Core and Resilience Tests. Additionally, I will include insights into Lifecodegx Metabolics and Nervous Systems Reports in this course. I encourage clinicians to purchase or download sample tests from DNA Life and Lifecodegx to reference. Regardless of the test you use, all participants will be exposed to a variety of DNA reports to compare and contrast their style and utility.

Disclaimer: Amanda Archibald uses the 3X4 Genetics Test and the DNA Life suite of tests in clinical practice in the USA. She uses Lifecodegx and DNA Life internationally. Neither Amanda Archibald nor The Genomic Kitchen receives referral fees or any form of payment for recommending or including any Genetics Tests in this program.

I have been taking classes taught by Amanda since at least 2016. She is an outstanding educator & brilliant clinician. What I appreciate most about Amanda is her critical thinking & her kindness. It was during the first month of Amanda’s Education and Mentoring Program for Clinicians that I was finally able to connect the dots & everything began to click! My confidence has grown so much through taking this course. I would highly recommend this course to any level nutrition practitioner wanting to deepen their understanding of genetics/genomics.
